As your NASM Certified Personal Trainer, I develop individualized physical activity plans created specifically for you. We will address any physical limitations, time constraints, and available equipment. Your physical fitness plan is geared toward increasing strength and stamina while building internal motivation because you are capable, supported, and having fun.
I have a MS in Nutrition and Board Certified in Holistic Nutrition® to help guide and educate you on how to incorporate more whole foods into your diet for increased health and decreased chronic health conditions, while increasing energy. We take small and steady steps forward for lasting health and wellness.
I have been extensively educated and trained to help individuals make important and sustainable lifestyle changes for their health and well being.

I do not offer fad diets or exercise plans as we are all unique in our bodies and lives and these only work to create short term results keeping you frustrated with decreased self esteem and motivation.
For the past 10 years I have been working with individuals to help realize their health and wellness goals. I work in an empathic and non judgemental environment. Together we create a wellness program that is unique to you! We move forward at a slow and steady pace, and as you grow stronger and more confident your program adapts to keep you moving toward your goals for maintainable lifestyle changes that make you feel amazing in your body and life.

I began studying health coaching after my own health and recovery journey. I had developed different health issues and found it hard to stay active and healthy. I was uncomfortable in my body, and mind, and knew I was capable of more and wanted more from life.
The one-on-one support that I received was instrumental in my healing and successful lifestyle changes. I quickly realized that I wanted to do the same for others and became a Certified Behavioral Health Coach. I have been working with individuals seeking healthier lifestyles, and those recovering from addictive behaviors, for over a decade.
Outside of JB Nutrition & Wellness, I live with my husband and our three children, 2 dogs and 2 cats. We moved to the Asheville area in 2018. I love playing outside in the mountains - hiking, biking, and kayaking (all at my own pace to bring myself peace and better physical and emotional health). We enjoy visiting all the wonderful farm

This is the first 12-week program. It is designed with the most support in mind. The beginning of any new endeavor takes effort and work and I want to make sure that we have many opportunities to keep you motivated and moving forward.
* 12-Week Membership - Includes Health Assessment (1 hour) and 12 Weekly Follow up Sessions (60 min/each), along with free 15 minute midweek check-ins, totaling 3 free hours. ***The All In Package gives you an additional 3 hours of coaching and support valued at $240 for free. This membership must be paid monthly for total program cost of $1080.
The next 12-week program is designed to build on the new behavior changes you have been practicing. This program gives you more independence to create self-efficacy proving to yourself that you carry inside you the power and strength you’ve been looking for as you continue to more toward your goals. These meetings will move to 30-minute weekly sessions for the next 12 weeks, along with 6 free check-ins scheduled every other week (valued at $120 free).
* 12-Week Membership - Includes a discounted Health Assessment (30 min) and 12 Weekly Follow up Sessions (30 min/each), along with free 15 minute check-ins scheduled every other week. ***The You've Got This Package gives you an additional 1.5 hours of coaching and support valued at $120 for free. This membership must be paid monthly for total program cost of $555.
This is a 12-Week Workshop with 90-minute weekly group sessions designed to educate individuals on how to incorporate more whole foods into their diet for optimal health and wellness. There are weekly educational series, cooking lessons, and seasonal recipes that will be prepared and eaten as a group. Price varies depending on location and group size.
